Our hotel is the beautiful Sheraton Birmingham Hotel at 2101 Richard Arrington Jr Boulevard North, Birmingham, AL 35203.
The hotel has a fitness center, full-service business center, and an indoor pool. The hotel also has several dining options. Most importantly, the Sheraton is connected to the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC), the location of our show!
Wi-fi is complimentary in hotel rooms for our group.
Parking is $8 per day for self parking and $20 per day for valet parking.
There is a courtesy shuttle from Birmingham Airport available between the hours of 6am and 11pm.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. (1500) and check-out is 12:00 p.m. (1200).
Our negotiated room rate is $139 a night (two person occupancy plus tax). Rooms are $149 for three people and $159 for four people. There is a $100 refundable pet deposit, and the TICA Hotel Policy will be strictly enforced.A deposit equal to one night plus taxes will be charged at the time reservations are made and it will be applied to the guest stay. The deposit is refundable as long as the reservations are cancelled at least 48 hrs prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
The room rate is available for reservations from August 24, 2018 through September 5, 2018.
